New Building | Mixed-Use: Hotel & Healthcare Facility

This new eight-story building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn comprises sixty-two hotel rooms and an 18,000 square foot healthcare facility. The division of function is highlighted in the facade design: a plaid pattern with an emphasis of verticals on the upper hotel portion, and a dark, horizontal band surrounding the healthcare facility.
